Partial utility asistance. Apply online at sahelp.org. Completing all questions BOLDED in the online application is mandatory and uploading the required documents helps us to determine your eligibility for services. Applications are reviewed during business hours in the order they are submitted. Please be aware our services are limited based on fund availability and requirements. If you applied online more than five days ago and would like an update, please email AOKSAHelp@uss.salvationarmy.org. If you are unable to submit an application, you can try back in a week. We are assisting applicants as they come in and may have reached our limit of applications.

Emergency Energy Assistance Program (Chickasaw)

This program provides assistance to Chickasaw citizens with an urgent, unmet need with gas, water, propane, electric bills and/or deposits. Required applications are available at any area office.
Low-income Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP)
LIHEAP is a federally funded program that provides financial assistance to low-income Oklahoma households each year to help meet the cost of home energy. Apply online at www.okdhslive.org.
