Completing all questions BOLDED in the online application is mandatory and uploading the required documents helps us to determine your eligibility for services. Applications are reviewed during business hours in the order they are submitted. Please be aware our services are limited based on fund availability and requirements.

If you are unable to submit an application, you can try back in a week. We are assisting applicants as they come in and may have reached our limit of applications.

This program provides assistance to Chickasaw citizens with an urgent, unmet need with gas, water, propane, electric bills and/or deposits. Required applications are available at any area office.
